lied center has me working on boston brass - they're a five man big band/swing/lots of brass group that'll be playing a christmas concert in december.
it's not due for awhile so i thought i could dive deeper into it...but i need some feedback. a yes, a no? like it? does it urk ya somewhere? the type treatment seems a little awkward. doesn't flow that well? i like the color flow but not the typeface. maybe i need serifs. any suggestions?
please oh please. :)
p.s. all their images they gave us are all of them in their uniform but what's great is that it's literally a 'rule' that we can't do advertisements with purple and black, it's tooooo wildcat. it's toooooo k-state. so i can't use their pictures. no reeeeally, we get complaints from doners.

I love the idea, especially the trumpet element. I don't know if you want it to say Christmas concert right off the bat, because I'm not reading that immediately. Other than that I think it is look great!
